  1. Is It Racist?-Only real issue I have here is that requiring identification to vote is being equated to racism. By that logic, requiring an ID to go to the Democratic National Convention to see the President was racist. I mean, if an ID is required just to hear him speak, why shouldn't one be required to elect someone to a position of global importance?
    Voter Turnout-Technically we're not a democracy, we're closer to a republic. Also, while I agree low voter turnout is a severe issue, I don't believe that it should be the government's job to enforce voter activity. Overall, the issue I have is that you talk of freedom, but then turn around and want the government to force people to participate.
